Job Descriptions
1. Manage online maintenance technicians 2. Improve ICT/FCT coverage and pass rates 3. Online acceptance of new ICT and FCT fixtures, and submission of GR&R reports 4. Troubleshooting of all test platforms 5. Debug test program and fixture; Test fixture and equipment maintenance and specify maintenance plan 6. Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and circuit diagrams 7. Failure analysis of electrical or mechanical components 8. Use oscilloscope, voltmeter and microscope for measurement 9. Understand SMT process, familiar with the failure mode of common components 10. X-Ray will be used to assist analysis 11. Provide and develop solutions according to customer project requirements 12. Debug test fixture and write test program 13. Optimize test fixtures and automation, and make improvement plans 14. Develop new test methods for new test projects 15. Generate test coverage reports for all products 16. Provide all test data collection and analysis required by customers 17. The analysis of defective products can be refined to the component level 18. Develop functional test systems, such as RF/Light Sensor/LED and other functional test solutions 19. Leading functional test into production 20. Support troubleshooting of ICT test 21. Provide effective measures for the improvement of functional testing methods 22. Familiar with radio frequency and microphone function test system debugging
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering
  2. At least 2 years of test and maintenance experience
  3. At least 0.5 years of experience in leading a team
  4. Familiar with ICT/FCT test methods and test equipment
  5. Familiar with the test system debugging of radio frequency and microphone functions
  6. Good command of written and oral English
  7. Electronic manufacturing background (PCBA or PCB preferred)
  8. At least 2-4 years of test and analysis experience in electronic manufacturing company
  9. More than 2 years working experience in FPC /FPCA/PCBA or related field
  10. Good computer skills
  11. Proficient in CAD and CAM software
  12. Innovation, generating test solutions for various new projects
  13. Understand electrical schematics and generate test solutions to ensure test coverage
  14. At least 1 year experience in functional test development
  15. At least 1 year experience in ICT test programming and debugging
