Job Descriptions
1. Prepare, agree and manage overall program based on the contract program and coordinate with all internal and external parties; prepare and manage critical path program; manage a detailed procurement program.
2. Ensure all site works are performed in line with the program, agreed quality plan, company QSHE policy and procedures.
3. Track, manage and implement changes to the contract documents; prepare and manage daily incoming & outgoing correspondences.
4. Ensure design is compliant with project specification and program requirements.
5. Assess and develop constructability reviews and site logistic plans, ensuring timely and correct delivery of materials and installation equipment to site and all equipment and tools are third party tested and certified as required.
6. Ensure site surveys are carried out and reports are issued to main contractor and relevant parties in due course.
7. Prepare, attend, and manage meeting schedule for all activities for both internal and external coordination.
8. Prepare and issue internal and external progress reports as required.
9. Ensure any and all formal handover documents with or without comments are received and filed.
10. Coordinate closely with factory and related departments to ensure all necessary information are available and updated in order for each department to achieve forecasted targets and to monitor and maintain positive cash flow for each project at hand in order to maximize group profitability.
11. Monitor labor supply (if any) performance and attendance and regularly evaluate the needs of them from the amount of works versus the quantity of workers.
12. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Company / Manager.
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/เพศหญิง อายุ 35 ปี ขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา,ก่อสร้าง หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสายงาน
- มีประสบการณ์การจัดการ, ควบคุม, บริหารงานโครงการในสายงานกระจกอลูมิเนียม อย่างน้อย 8-10 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Word, Excel, Power point ได้ดี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
