Job Descriptions
1.Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, water supply, fire protection systems, and other building infrastructure.
(วางแผน ควบคุม และดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงระบบต่าง ๆ ของอาคารให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ)
2.Manage facility improvement projects including budgeting, contractor management, and quality assurance.
(บริหารโครงการปรับปรุงหรือพัฒนาสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในศูนย์ฯ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและควบคุมต้นทุน)
3.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
(ดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย กฎหมาย และข้อกำหนดสิ่งแวดล้อมต่าง ๆ)
4.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, HR, Safety, and Security) for maintenance schedules and urgent repairs.

5.Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring proper training, performance monitoring, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลระบบซ่อมบำรุงและอาคารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในคลังสินค้า, โรงงาน หรือศูนย์กระจายสินค้า
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุงหรือพนักงานซ่อมบำรุงอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบไฟฟ้า, ปรับอากาศ, ป้องกันอัคคีภัย, และระบบบำบัดน้ำ/น้ำเสีย
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้
