Job Descriptions
-วิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจขั้นตอนการทำงานของสำนักงาน, คลังสินค้า, การผลิต -จัดทำ Work Flow / Process Map / Requirement Document (BPMN, Flowchart) -ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบงานเบื้องต้นด้วย Excel, Google Sheet, หรือเครื่องมือ No-code -ประสานงานกับผู้พัฒนาระบบภายนอก (Outsource / ERP Vendor) -ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน -พัฒนา dashboard พื้นฐาน (เช่น ยอดขาย, สต็อก, รายงานผลผลิต) -สื่อสารกับผู้บริหารเพื่อเสนอแนวทางและวางแผนการขยายระบบในอนาคต -ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีด้าน Computer Science, MIS, Industrial Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานวิเคราะห์ระบบในภาคการผลิตหรือคลังสินค้าอย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
  3. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบ ERP เช่น SAP, Oracle, Odoo, หรือ Microsoft Dynamics
  4. ใช้งาน Excel, Google Sheet, และระบบฐานข้อมูลได้ดี
  5. สื่อสารกับแผนกต่างๆ ได้เข้าใจง่าย และมีทักษะการจัดทำเอกสาร
  6. สามารถวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบ/ขั้นตอนการทำงานได้
  7. มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางเกี่ยวกับขบวนการทางธุรกิจ เช่น ระบบบัญชี, ระบบการเงิน, ภาษีอากร, ระบบงานขาย, ระบบจัดซื้อ, ระบบการวางแผนการผลิต, ระบบโลจิสติก
  8. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ /ความรับผิดชอบ / ตรงต่อเวลา
