Job Descriptions
1. ซัพพอร์ทแก้ปัญหา และให้คำปรึกษากับผู้ใช้งาน ภายในองค์กร เช่น Hardware, Software, OS คอมพิวเตอร์ ภายในบริษัท 2. ดำเนินการติดตั้ง อุปกรณ์ไอที ให้พนักงานภายในบริษัทฯ 3. ตรวจเช็คหรือซ่อม เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ Notebook และอุปกรณ์ไอทีทุกชนิด 4. รับผิดชอบดูแลระบบต่างๆที่รับผิดชอบอย่างเช่น ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต, ระบบโทรศัพท์, Access control, ลายนิ้วมือ, CCTV, อุปกรณ์เครื่องเสียง เป็นต้น 5. จัดทำแผนบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ ต่างๆ ในองค์กรให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ 6. ติดต่อประสานงานในการส่งซ่อม, รับส่ง-อุปกรณ์ไอที ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 7. บริหารจัดการ IT Inventory และ อุปกรณ์ IT ให้เป็นระบบ และตามความเป็นจริง
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 25 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป ทางด้าน IT, คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Support ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ในระบบงาน SAP เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในเรื่องระบบ Hardware, Software, Network และ Security (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านโปรแกรม SAP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  6. มีความสามารถในการประกอบ และติดตั้งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ และระบบปฏิบัติการรวมทั้งอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงต่างๆได้
  7. มีทักษะในการออกแบบและสร้างรายงานฐานข้อมูล
  8. มีความคิดเป็นระบบ มีการวางแผน
  9. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
