Job Purpose
· Perform fulfilment and sales support operation to support Business segment (Enterprise and SME) related to Mobile, Broadband, Data, and Corp Net Services
· Improve operational efficiency to serve Business segment (Enterprise and SME) sales and services with service level agreement (SLA) and customer satisfaction
· Conduct special assignments / projects to serve business objectives
Key Responsibilities
· Perform fulfilment and sales support operation serving Business segment (Enterprise & SME) sales and services with service level agreement (SLA) and customer satisfaction
· Conduct special assignments / projects to serve business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above of Business Administration or related fields
- Competence in fulfilment and sales support operation with knowledge and experience of Mobile / Broadband services
- Competence with knowledge and experience of business support systems (e.g. TCCB, Device Web, CCM Web, E-Workflow, Smart Select, SR CRM, Smart UI, Salesforce)
- Minimum 2 years of sales operation, sales support or related functions in telecom / technology or related fields
- Skill and knowledge of telecom / technology products and services, B2B operations is preferrable
