Job Descriptions
- ดูแลการเงินของนิติบุคคลประจำคอนโดมิเนียม
- ตั้งเบิกไปยังบัญชีกลาง เพื่อรับเช็ค ทำจ่าย ต่างๆ
- วางบิล ออกใบเสร็จ ค่าน้ำ ค่าส่วนกลาง ค่าปรับ ต่างๆ
- ปิดงบประจำเดือน/ปี ของนิติบุคคลประจำคอนโดมิเนียม
- หรืองานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- อายุ ไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน
- หากมีประสบการณ์บัญชีด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
- ทำงาน 6 วัน หยุด 1 วัน
- หากมีประสบการ์ใช้โปรแกรม SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
