Job Descriptions
-Work with the team to plan, sourcing, and innovate new Product Category Perishable & Frozen for 1 Position / Daily (Bakery & Chilled) for 1 Position accordance with the goals.
-Calculate cost and price setting
-Can analyze market trend to develop products.
-Handle troubleshooting on outstanding issues.
-Monitors the performance of Private Brand products.
-Contact suppliers about raw materials and manufacturing locations.
Qualifications
- Age 25 and up
- A bachelor's degree or higher in food science or related major.
- At least 2 years up of experience sourcing or develop products is required.
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- aintain a positive attitude. Well-resolved specific problems Work-related enthusiasm, punctuality, the ability to manage time effectively, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
