Job Descriptions
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Engagement Officer to join our dynamic team at Revima Asia Pacific Ltd. This full-time role is based in Mueang Chonburi, Chon Buri. As the HR Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for promoting a positive work environment, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting various HR functions. The work will primarily focus on administrative tasks (around 70%) with other HR duties making up the remaining 30%. This includes HR administration, managing employee relations, training and development, recruitment, and welfare programs. The role plays a key part in enhancing organizational culture and ensuring effective workforce management. -Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and satisfaction -Organising social, team-building and well-being activities to promote a positive company culture -Conducting employee surveys and analysing feedback to identify areas for improvement -Collaborating with HR and management to address employee concerns and implement solutions -Recruitment and Selection -Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new hires -Promoting open communication and facilitating feedback channels between employees and management -Maintaining accurate records and reporting on employee engagement metrics
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a similar HR engagement or employee relations role
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Creativity and innovation in designing engaging employee programs and activities
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the impact of employee engagement initiatives
  6. Knowledge of labour laws and best practices in employee relations
  7. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  9. Proficiency in HRIS and relevant software
