Job Descriptions
We are hiring a Service Engineer to provide technical support and preventive maintenance for our IVD analyzers across Thailand. The candidate must be technically skilled and customer-focused, with experience supporting lab equipment. Location: Bangkok, with travel to customer sites Responsibilities: •• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IVD analyzers and related equipment •• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and distributors •• Conduct user training sessions and prepare service reports •• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools •• Collaborate with the sales and support teams for seamless customer service •• Ensure timely and professional resolution of technical issues
Qualifications
  1. Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience servicing medical laboratory equipment
  3. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  4. Good communication skills in Thai and basic English
  5. Familiarity with IVD systems and instrument calibration is an advantage
  6. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
