Job Descriptions
Prepare documents for executive signature
Coordinate with all departments (including drivers and housekeeping staff)
Arrange company cars and confirm schedules with multiple drivers
Solve problems on the spot with flexibility and good judgment
Book cars, hotels, and golf courses
Handle visa and work permit applications for Japanese staff
Facilitate a meeting and some procedure for board of directors, shareholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- Age 26 – 33 years old.
- Japanese skill N3 or N4 would be advantage.
- Basically English and Thai communication.
- Able to read and write in English.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and good at coordination.
- Understands business manners and has a genuine service mind.
- Good communication skills across all levels.
