Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience
At least 2 years in a management or senior procurement leadership role
Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities
Strategic planning and procurement budget control expertise
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
In-depth understanding of sustainable and environmentally friendly procurement practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
Ability to work effectively in a complex, dynamic business environment
