- Issue purchase order to supplier. - Verifying and Order processing. - Document filing. - Supporting and communicating with our Internal Department as of assigned. - Monitor production plan and sale plan to seek approval with Management Level. - Others ad-hoc task as assigned.

Qualifications

Male or Female age of 24-28 years old
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience 1-2 years in Sales administrator and Issue purchase order to supplier, verifying and Order processing and Document filing **Preferred**
Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC at least 400 is preferable)
Full-Service mind, good interpersonal skill, able to handle pressure and multiple tasks. Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize.
Good Personality & Attitude, Good command of Computer and Document preparation, experience with SAP system is preferable.
Contract 1 Year. (renewable)
