Infrastructure Management: - Assist the installation, configuration, and deployment of cloud-based and on-premise server infrastructure - Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability Automation and CI/CD: - Develop and maintain scripts for automating deployment, monitoring, and other tasks - Assist in creating, managing, and improving CI/CD pipelines System Administration: - Perform system updates, backups, and user account management - Manage and configure system tools, software, and middleware Monitoring and Troubleshooting: - Monitor system logs and alerts to ensure proactive issue resolution - Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues Collaboration and Support: - Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless deployment processes - Support teams in diagnosing and resolving environment-related issues Documentation: - Maintain up-to-date system documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures - Document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing Network & IT Infrastructure: - Conduct site surveys, feasibility assessments, and support proposal/bidding processes - Design and propose IT infrastructure solutions (server, storage, networking, cloud)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in system engineering, DevOps, or IT infrastructure
Proficient in Linux/Windows server administration and virtualization platforms
Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker)
Knowledge of Infrastructure / Deploy / CI&CD: Docker, NGINX, Kibana, nexus, repository, SWARM, CI/CD, K8s, Jenkins, git, fastlane
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS and Huawei Cloud
Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, load balancer)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
