Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมดูแลงานด้านเครื่องจักร CNC ซึ่งรวมถึง การวางแผน การควบคุมการผลิต การแก้ไขปัญหางานและการดูแลเครื่องจักร 2.รับรองการผลิตงานตามแผนการผลิตอย่างเคร่งครัด 3.ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดและเชิงรุกกับแผนกวางแผน 4.รับผิดชอบวางแผนอัตรากำลังพลให้เหมาะสมกับการผลิตในแผนก 5.สามารถนำการเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือถ่ายทอดความรู้จากผู้บริหารไปสุ่พนักงานได้ 6.สามารถดำเนินการปรับแต่งโปรแกรม CNC และพัฒนาบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ 7.สามารถทำงานร่วมกับแผนกวิศวกรรม 8.ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตาม Production Procedure และ Work Instruction ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด 9.ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาในเรื่องต่างๆ 10.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 25-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช-ปวส สาขาช่างกลโรงงาน เทคนิคการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเป็นหัวหน้าผู้ควบคุมงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 2 ปีขึ้นไป
  4. ขยัน อดทน รอบคอบ เรียนรู้งานเร็ว
  5. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรเป็นอย่างดี รู้ทักษะเทคนิคการผลิต การเขียนโปรแกรม CNC
  6. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะหมุนเวียนได้
  7. ต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารหรือได้รับผ่อนปรน
  8. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน
  9. สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
  10. พร้อมเริ่มงานทันที
  11. มีทักษะด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารและประสานงานกับผู้อื่น
