Job Descriptions
1.ให้การสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานระบบ ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 หรือโปรแกรมภายในองค์กร 2.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบ ERP ของผู้ใช้งานในส่วนต่าง ๆ เช่น บัญชี การจัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า การผลิต ฯลฯ 3.ประสานงานกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อแก้ไขบั๊กหรือปรับปรุงฟังก์ชันระบบ 4.จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและอบรมผู้ใช้งานเบื้องต้น 5.ทดสอบระบบก่อนนำขึ้นใช้งานจริง (UAT) 6.สนับสนุนงานด้าน IT อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, ระบบสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ERP Support หรือ Application Support อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ORACLE Forms ,ORACLE Report , PL/SQL
  4. มีความเข้าใจระบบ ERP และกระบวนการทำงานขององค์กร เช่น งานบัญชี, สต็อก, การขาย
  5. สามารถใช้ Excel ได้ดี และมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ใฝ่รู้ และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
  7. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
