Job Descriptions
- Source and attract potential blue collar candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals - Screen and review candidates' resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. - Schedule and conduct in-person or online interviews with hiring managers and technical panels as needed. - Provide support to new hires during onboarding. ** เวลาทำงาน ：จันทร์-เสาร์ **
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 years experience in Recruitment or or a related field.
  3. Good command in Chinese
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  6. Experience in a manufacturing environment, If experience in Refrigerator manufacturing are preferred.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
