6.Capacity survey , Bill Of Material , HVPT , Trial New Model
7.Training document to Production Team
8.Problem analysis with QA , Support Quality Assurance function
9.Customer Asset controlling (Die , Customer Document registering)
10.Documentation controlling and maintain system ISO/TS 16949
11.Center person response of requirement for ISO/TS16949 system
12.KPI , Management Review about new model
13.Team Leader of Customer Audit , CB Audit and report to Manager
14.Kaizen Activity, QCC , Company Activity
15.ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 system and activity
Qualifications
- Male - Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and other
- Have Experience in this function more than 2 years
- Have experience in Stamping and Molding process
- Experience about Preparing document APQP , PPAP , MSA , FMEA , SPC
- Understanding in ISO/IATF16949 document system
- Good Command in English
- Negotiation & Presentation skill
- Good communication / service mind
