Strategic Account Management Acquire and nurture partnerships with top-tier retailers, FMCG brands (e.g., PepsiCo, Coca-Cola), and convenience chains in Thailand. Customize solutions (6th-Gen Smart Cabinet, 3rd-Gen Smart Store, 4th-Gen Unmanned Store) to address client pain points (e.g., stockout losses, labor costs). Achieve annual sales targets and expand customer lifetime value. End-to-End Project Leadership Own project lifecycle: scoping, solution design, hardware deployment (Edge Computing terminals), payment integration (e.g., True Money, Alipay), and go-live. Coordinate global AI/software teams (China/EU) for seamless delivery of core technologies: Dynamic Visual Recognition ChatVMS/ChatStore SaaS platforms SandStar Go operational system Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards and Thailand PDPA data regulations. Customer Success & Ecosystem Growth Leverage AI insights (e.g., Smart Replenishment, Sales Analytics) via ChatStore to drive client ROI (5-10% revenue lift, 1-3% waste reduction). Conduct training on SandStar’s platforms and facilitate adoption of chat-based VMS interactions. Feed market requirements to R&D for local adaptations (e.g., Thailand-specific payment/promotion features).
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years in B2G/B2B solution sales or project management, preferably in retail tech, IoT, or SaaS.
  2. Proven track record delivering hardware-software integrated projects (e.g., AI cameras, payment systems).
  3. Existing relationships with Thai retail leaders (e.g., CP ALL, Central Group, Big C) is a plus.
  4. Ability to articulate Edge Computing, Dynamic Visual AI, and SaaS value propositions.
  5. Quantify solutions’ ROI using data (e.g., "Reduce 40-min checkout delays to instant settlements").
  6. Bridge communication between Thai clients and global technical teams (China/EU/US).
  7. Native Thai, fluent English (working language); Mandarin proficiency advantageous.
  8. Knowledge of Thailand PDPA, retail operational regulations, and tax compliance.
