Job Descriptions
• Recruitment & Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. • HRIS Systems: Manage and optimize HR information systems to ensure efficient data management and reporting. Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HRIS. • Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation. Collaborate with finance to align payroll operations with company policies. • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication strategies. • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals. • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career advancement. • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation processes to align employee performance with company objectives. Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of HR management experience in multinational corporations, with significant exposure to manufacturing environments.
  3. Proven experience in recruitment, HRIS systems, and payroll management, especially in start-up or newly established plant settings.
  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR management.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  8. Proficiency in HR software and systems, including HRIS platforms.
  9. Fluent communication in Thai, English or Chinese/Japanese would be an advantage.
