เจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อ
- ดำเนินการสรรหาวัตถุดิบ สิ่งของตามใบขอซื้อ ได้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา
เจรจาต่อรองกับ Suppliers ในด้านราคา ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขต่างๆ
จัดทำใบ PO จาก PR ที่ได้รับการอนุมัติตามรอบที่กำหนด และส่งให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาอนุมัติต่อไป
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายการเงินและฝ่ายบัญชีในการชำระสินค้าให้กับ Suppliers
ปฎิบัติหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จัดซื้อเพศหญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิ ปวส.-ป.ตรี สาขาการจัดการ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบครอบ
