Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. รับสายและตอบแชทลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับสินค้า/บริการของบริษัท
2. ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย, ทีมเทคนิค หรือคลังสินค้า
3. จัดการข้อมูลลูกค้าในระบบการสั่งงานของบริษัทฯ
4. ติดตามและอัปเดตสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ หรือ สถานะงานซ่อม
5. ช่วยงานด้านเอกสาร เช่น ใบเสนอราคา, ใบส่งของ, ใบกำกับภาษี
6. รายงานปัญหาหรือคำร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเพื่อให้ทีมสามารถปรับปรุงบริการ
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวข ปวส. ขึ้นไป (หรือปริญญาตรี ในสายงานธุรการ / การจัดการ / การบริการลูกค้า)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งพูดและเขียน
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมสำนักงาน เช่น Excel, Google Workspace
- ใจเย็น รับฟังลูกค้าได้ดี แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าเก่ง
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service หรือ Admin จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
