Job Descriptions
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงจากบริษัท ประกันภัย อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป - เก็บข้อมูลความต้องการ Business Requirement และยืนยันกับ Business User - อธิบาย Business Requirement ให้กับทีมพัฒนาระบบทั้ง Inhouse และ Vendor เพื่อทำการพัฒนาระบบ - จัดการการทดสอบระบบก่อนที่จะนำส่งให้ Business User ทดสอบ (SIT) - จัดการทดสอบกับ Business User (UAT) และสรุปผลอนุมัติ Deployment - ประสานงานเพื่อแจ้งระยะเวลาการพัฒนาระบบ ให้กับทีม Project management - หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Qualifications
  1. สัญชาติไทย
  2. ปริญญาตรี สาขาใดก็ได้ แต่ต้องมีประสบการณ์ BA
  3. อายุ ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  4. เคยทำงาน BA ในด้านธุรกิจประกันภัยหรือประกันชีวิต อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป (ถ้าทำเกี่ยวกับส่วน UW หรือ Claim หรือ Reinsurance จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. เคยทำงานลักษณะบริหารงานทั้ง Agile หรือ Waterfall หรือ Sprint
  6. เคยทำงานลักษณะทั้ง hybrid หรือ onsite
  7. มีความรู้ด้านประกันประกันภัยหรือประกันชีวิต
  8. สามารถสื่อสารเพื่อเก็บความต้องการ Business Requirement ได้ดี และ สามารถสรุปในรูปแบบของเอกสารได้
  9. สามารถสื่อสารความต้องการ Business Requirement ให้กับทีมพัฒนาระบบได้ดี
  10. MS Office ได้อย่างชำนาญ
  11. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมเกี่ยวกับสร้าง Business Flow หรือ Mockup UI เช่น Visio,Draw io หรือ Figma เป็นต้น
  12. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมเก็บกับฐานข้อมูลได้ เช่น SQL,DB2 เป็นต้น
  13. มีความมั่นใจ กล้าพูดกล้าคุย
  14. มีอัธยาศัยดี ทำงานร่วมกับความอื่นๆได้
