Job Descriptions
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
1. Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch of materials and finished goods
2. Ensure timely and accurate material availability to production lines (Just-In-Time support).
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
4. Maintain proper documentation and compliance with internal and external standards (ISO 9001, BRC Packaging Material Issue 7, etc.).
5. •Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper material handling procedures are followed.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 6–10 warehouse staffs across multiple shifts.
2. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure KPIs and productivity targets are met.
3. Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and shift handovers to maintain continuity.
4. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement & System Support
1. Utilize engineering knowledge to identify and implement warehouse layout optimization, automation, and lean initiatives.
2. Support WMS/ERP usage and accuracy; provide production & planning support
3. Analyze data and workflow to improve efficiency, space utilization, and labor productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
1. Work closely with production, planning, quality, sale and maintenance teams to ensure seamless material flow and minimal downtime.
2. Participate in daily production and warehouse meetings, providing warehouse insights and updates.
Compliance & Safety
1. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
2. Conduct risk assessments and lead warehouse safety initiatives.
3. Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to company, regulatory standards and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–5 years of warehouse/industrial experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with lean warehousing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in warehouse management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic English
