Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced or competitive environment.
  3. Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive communication style.
  4. Strategic thinker with excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
  5. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets through self-motivation and goal-driven performance.
  6. Highly driven, competitive, and results-oriented with a proactive "hunter" mindset.
  7. Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities to assess market trends and sales performance.
  8. Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  9. Demonstrated ability in prospecting, influencing decision-makers, and closing deals effectively.
  10. Must own a car and be willing to travel upcountry as required.

Location
-Lead and manage the sales team across the region, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure goals are met. -Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the salon channel. -Set sales targets and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key salon partners and distributors. -Monitor sales performance and market dynamics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. -Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and campaigns to support sales growth. -Work cross-functionally to manage inventory, coordinate product delivery, and resolve operational issues. -Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings to enhance market presence. -Perform other related duties as assigned.
