Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
1.Repair and maintain electronic circuit boards (PCBA) using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons.
2.Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot circuit board defects by reading circuit diagrams, analyzing fail logs, and using test scripts.
3.Accurately and safely install and solder electronic components onto circuit boards.
4.Train Thai staff in technical skills to enhance job performance according to industry standards.
5.Coordinate with other departments to support smooth production processes.
6.Prepare reports on analysis and repair results for presentation or documentation.
7.Work in shift rotation and adapt to production requirements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
1.ซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาแผงวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (PCBA) โดยใช้เครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เช่น ออสซิลโลสโคป มัลติมิเตอร์ และหัวแร้งบัดกรี
2.ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของแผงวงจร โดยการอ่านแผงวงจร วิเคราะห์บันทึกข้อผิดพลาด (fail log) และใช้สคริปต์การทดสอบ
3.ติดตั้งและบัดกรีชิ้นส่วนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ลงบนแผงวงจรอย่างแม่นยำและปลอดภัย
4.ฝึกอบรมพนักงานชาวไทยด้านทักษะทางเทคนิค เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม
5.ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิตให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
6.จัดทำรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์และการซ่อมแซม เพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอหรือจัดเก็บเป็นเอกสาร
7.ทำงานตามระบบกะหมุนเวียน และสามารถปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของกระบวนการผลิตได้
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above
- Excellent command of both Chinese and Thai languages
- Capable of training Thai staff to enhance their technical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with clear thinking and logical reasoning
- Proficiency in common office software applications
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a 2-shift rotation system to meet production requirements
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญาหรือสูงกว่า
- มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนและภาษาไทยในระดับดีเยี่ยม
- สามารถฝึกอบรมพนักงานชาวไทยเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะทางเทคนิคได้
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดีเยี่ยม
- มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา มีความคิดที่ชัดเจนและมีเหตุผลเป็นระบบ
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมสำนักงานทั่วไปได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีมและทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานเป็นกะ (2 กะ) เพื่อรองรับความต้องการของกระบวนการผลิต
