หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities): ให้การสนับสนุนและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ (Web Application/Website) ให้แก่ลูกค้า ดูแลและแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์เบื้องต้นที่ลูกค้าใช้งาน ตอบคำถาม ให้คำแนะนำ และช่วยเหลือลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์, อีเมล, แชท หรือช่องทางออนไลน์อื่นๆ บันทึกข้อมูลการติดต่อ ปัญหาที่พบ และการแก้ไขปัญหาลงในระบบอย่างละเอียดและถูกต้อง ประสานงานกับทีมเทคนิค หรือทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อส่งต่อปัญหาที่ซับซ้อนและติดตามผลการแก้ไข ให้คำปรึกษาและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการปรับแต่งซอฟต์แวร์และฮาร์ดแวร์ตามความต้องการของลูกค้าแต่ละราย รวบรวมข้อมูลปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอต่อทีมพัฒนาหรือผู้บริหารเพื่อปรับปรุงบริการ ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ติดต่อประสานงานกับ Partner ของบริษัท Hybrid Mon - Fri : 9.00 - 18.00
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service หรือ IT Support อย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. ความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะทาง: มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการทำงานของเว็บไซต์ (Web Application/Website) และอินเทอร์เน็ต
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ฮาร์ดแวร์ (เช่น PC, Printer, Network basics) และการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
  5. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี
  6. สามารถทำความเข้าใจปัญหาของลูกค้าและให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ไขได้
