Job Descriptions•Execute an independent assessment of a store's compliance with controls established to mitigate the most significant risks to the store.
•Conduct regular audits across stores to assess operational compliance, SOP adherence, and visual merchandising standards.
•Evaluate store presentation, cleanliness, staff readiness, and customer service alignment with brand and store operating standards.
•Review findings and ensure guidance on root causes and corrective action.
•Assist Head of Store Audit to analyze audit procedures and audit reports, ensuring uniformity while conducting audits and issuing results to identify and analyze trends and formulate recommendations for improvement.
•Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, stock discrepancies, and loss prevention measures.
•Perform onsite cycle count reviews at selected distribution locations
•Collaborate with store managers and relevant departments to address audit findings and implement improvements.
•Assist in training store teams on compliance requirements and operational best practices.
•Track and monitor the resolution of audit issues and verify corrective actions.
•Maintain an updated audit checklist and contribute to the refinement of audit processes.
