Job Descriptions
•Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ, and trial production •Prepare SOPs and train operators on equipment and GMP procedures •Assist in production readiness and performance tracking •Troubleshoot technical issues on the line
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Science
  2. 1–2 years in production supervision (pharma experience preferred)
  3. Strong leadership, GMP, and safety awareness
  4. Experience with new production line setup is an advantage
