Job Descriptions
1. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ ใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice), ใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อสินค้าและบริการ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลตรงกันกับเงื่อนไขที่ตกลงไว้ (3-way matching) 2. บันทึกรายการเจ้าหนี้ในระบบบัญชี (Accounts Payable Module) อย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา พร้อมจัดเก็บเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกตามหลักการของ Internal Control 3. จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้ประจำงวด เช่น Aging Report, Outstanding Payables Report และ Payment Summary เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และวางแผนกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow Planning) 4. ตรวจสอบกำหนดเวลาการชำระเงิน (Due Date Monitoring) และจัดเตรียมเอกสารเพื่อดำเนินการจ่ายเงินผ่านระบบ Bank Payment หรือ ERP System 5. ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (Procurement Department), ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า (Warehouse) และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลหรือแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเจ้าหนี้ (Vendor Reconciliation) 6. เตรียมข้อมูลและเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจสอบบัญชี (Audit Preparation) ทั้งจากผู้ตรวจสอบภายใน (Internal Auditor) และผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก (External Auditor) ** ปฏิบัติงาน จ.-ศ. 08:00-17:00 น. **
Qualifications
  1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี เท่านั้น
  2. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ตรงในงานบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ ยืดหยุ่นสำหรับประสบการณ์บัญชีลูกหนี้
  4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Microsoft Excel และ โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป
  5. มีความเข้าใจในระบบเอกสารและกระบวนการทางบัญชีอย่างเป็นระบบ
  6. มีทักษะในการประสานงานและติดตามงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  7. สามารถเดินทางมาสัมภาษณ์ และเข้ารับการทดสอบการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel ณ สำนักงานของบริษัทฯ ได้ ตามวันและเวลาที่ได้ตกลงร่วมกันทั้งสองฝ่าย
