Job Descriptions
•วิเคราะห์ความต้องการฝึกอบรมของพนักงาน
•วางแผน จัดทำ และดำเนินการจัดฝึกอบรมภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
•ประสานงานกับวิทยากรทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
•จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฝึกอบรม
•ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมและสรุปรายงานผลเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
•จัดทำฐานข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน และติดตามผล
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
- มีทักษะในการวางแผน การจัดการเวลา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ PowerPoint
