Job Descriptions
1. BOI-Related Import/Export Operations
‐Handle all procedures related to BOI (Board of Investment) privileges, including import duty exemption and project reporting.
‐Coordinate with relevant government authorities such as BOI and Thai Customs.
‐Ensure compliance with BOI conditions for imported raw materials and machinery.
‐Support customs clearance processes:
‐Prepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, etc.)
‐Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
‐Coordinate internally with the purchasing, production, and accounting teams to ensure smooth import/export operations and cost tracking.
2. Warehouse Classification and Inventory Control
‐Manage and maintain accurate warehouse inventory classification, especially between BOI and non-BOI goods.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Female only, age 30～40, Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in BOI related import or/and export, warehouse
