Job Descriptions
Accounting Specialist (10132) Location : BTS Thong Lo (walk 2 minutes by skywalk) Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8:30AM-5:30PM) Industry : Japanese Food and Beverage Job Descriptions - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate records - Support monthly financial closing - Assist with year-end closing and tax filing in cooperation with an external accounting firm - Communicate with the General Affairs staff and Japanese manager - Help with implementing and operating the new accounting system (Gracias) Benefits & Allowance - Social Security - Annual bonus - Days Leave - Private health insurance - Annual health checkup - Provident Fund - WFH available upon request
Qualifications
  1. [MUST]
  2. 25-35 years old, any gender
  3. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  4. At least 5 years of accounting experience
  5. Able to speak Japanese (N3/N4 level, but no need JLPT certificate)
  6. [BETTER]
  7. Experience in implementing or using accounting systems; Gracias
  8. Experience in Japanese companies
