Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำรายงานและยื่นภาษีประจำเดือน 2. จัดทำเรื่องการเบิกเงิน, ค่าใช้จ่าย, Petty cash ภายในบริษัท 3. ออกบิลใบเสร็จ ใบกำกับภาษี ใบส่งสินค้า ใบวางบิล ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ฯลฯ 4. จัดทำต้นทุน-สต็อคสินค้า โดยประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ 5. ดูแลเอกสารบัญชีนำเข้า-ส่งออก, BOI 6. ประสานงานเรื่องบัญชีทั้งหมดกับทีมซัพพลายเออร์, หน่วยงานราชการและสำนักงานใหญ่ 7. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบัญชี/การเงิน
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. จบปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี/การเงิน หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี การเงิน ในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต มากกว่า 5 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ทำบัญชี BOI, บัญชีต้นทุน
  5. มีความคุ้นเคย เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านข้อบังคับและกฎหมายทางภาษีและบัญชี
  6. มีประสบการณ์การใช้ ERP system
  7. มีความเป็นมืออาชีพ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
  8. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมและทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  9. สื่อสารภาษาจีนหรืออังกฤษพื้นฐานได้
  10. สามารถปรับตัวได้ตามสถานการณ์
  11. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆเสมอ
  12. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็นและยอมรับความเห็นของผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  13. ขับรถยนต์ได้พร้อมมีใบขับขี่
