Job Descriptions
- Build an effective Team to achieve policy and company goals. - Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective for Construction and Fix Asset. - Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and negotiating to secure advantageous terms. - Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers. - Pre -Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services. - Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements. - Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. - Preparing procurement reports. - Others instruction from Sourcing and Procurement Director.
Qualifications
  1. At least 10 years’ working in the procurement department and 5 years in level management.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Supply chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  3. Certification from the Purchasing Association is an advantage.
  4. Working knowledge of the industry and market conditions.
  5. Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
  7. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  8. Management and leadership skills.
  9. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  11. Able to travel to meet with suppliers and work overtime as required.
  12. Growth mindset and able to hands-on
