Job Descriptions
1. Coordinate with customer for bookings and shipments.
2. Coordinate with import/export team and warehouse teams to ensure timely pickup and cargo delivery to the airport.
3. Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to customers.
4. Manage exceptions, delays, and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
5. Keep customer satisfaction with standard level.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years experiences in customer service and/or logistics business
- Strong Service Minded
- Good Command of English
