Job Descriptions
- ทำเอกสารส่งออกทั้งหมด (Invoice, Packing list, CO)
- อ่าน L/C และทำเอกสารตาม L/C
- จัดทำ Shipping Instructions (SI) ส่งให้สายเรือหรือ Agent เพื่อทำ Bill of Lading พร้อมตรวจสอบและยืนยันเอกสาร
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารส่งออกทั้งหมด ก่อนส่งให้ลูกค้าต่างชาติ
- ช่วยจองเรือและหัวลาก
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับสายเรือ
- ส่ง VGM
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการเดินเรือ (Bill of Lading)
- ดำเนินงานด้านกรมศุลกากร
- ช่วยงานฝ่ายขายอื่นๆ
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเอกสารส่งออกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ใช้ Microsoft office และ Google work space ระดับดีมาก
- ภาษาอังกฤษ TOEIC 400 ขึ้นไป
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง
- มีไหวพริบ ช่างสังเกต สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและจัดการงานที่ต้องทำในเวลาจำกัดได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
