Job Descriptions
- Perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems. - Interact with customers on a professional level as part of a multi-tasking team. - Perform onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. - Check and provide complete documentation to clients. - Carry out site root analysis. - Attend the conference and B2B meetings to assess new solar PV system technologies as part of a team. - Apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and recurring faults. - Investigate technical failures and prepare formal technical reports. - Record keeping and management of spare part movements. - Provide training and technical guidance to customers
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Solar Service Technician
  2. Professional fluency in English for written and verbal communication is required
  3. Proven experience as a Solar Technician or in a related field.
  4. Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical systems, and safety protocols.
  5. Strong understanding in UPS.
  6. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  8. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  9. Relevant certifications or licenses preferred (e.g., NABCEP Solar PV Installer Certification).
  10. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
  11. Requires minimum supervision.
