Job Descriptions- Assist the sales team in responding to chats. and take care of customers in terms of taking care of claims and other matters that customers want to know, such as warranties, product information, etc.
- Coordinate and receive product claims from customers. To forward it to the technician team for checking.
- Coordinate the return of products to customers in each case.
- Prepare a summary report each week for management. and related teams for the number of products claimed by customers
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, polite, and able to understand key points effectively.
- Passion for customer service—patient, attentive, and able to handle all types of customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills—quick thinking, decisive, and able to work under pressure.
- Team player—collaborative and willing to coordinate with other departments.
- Good time management—able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to work at the weekend or after a work time.
- Customer service experience through online channels by providing customer support for at least 1 year.
- Good command of spoken and written Thai/English and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Program, Excel etc.
