Job Descriptions
1.Develop and manage procurement planning for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to align with production and sales forecasts. 2.Analyze market demand, sales trends, and forecast data from sales and marketing teams to accurately plan material requirements. 3.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure material availability and cost efficiency. 4.Monitor and manage lead times and stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations. 5.Track and optimize procurement planning KPIs, such as Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turnover, and Stock Coverage Rate. 6.Conduct procurement data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. 7.Manage and improve ERP/MRP systems to ensure accurate and effective planning processes. 8.Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to proactively manage procurement risks. 9.Collaborate with QA/QC and R&D teams to plan and source materials for new product launches.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement planning or supply planning, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or supplement industry.
  3. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or others).
  4. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  5. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working under pressure.
  7. Experience in dealing with international suppliers is a plus.
