Job Descriptions- Deliver service and support to customers through live chats, emails and phone calls;
- Provide answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers and guiding customers through corrective steps;
- Handle and resolves customer complaints or issues;
- Able to handle multi task work.
- Perform Back Office and Clients Accounting Department duties as required and update Customer records.
- Wide knowledge of Forex, Stocks, Metals and each types of trading products.
- Excellent command of the English and Chinese language.
Qualifications - University Degree or relevant working experience.
- Excellent command of English or Chinese language.
- Ability to work in Monday - Friday (able to work shifts 04.00 AM -12.00 PM).
- Computer literacy to a high level.
- Flexible, analytical skills, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail.
- Have experiences in financial Industry is advantaged.
