Job Descriptions

1. EHS management for new projects. 2. Set annual EHS objectives & KPIs, track progress, and ensure target achievement. 3. Monitor safe operations, identify hazards (machinery safety, chemical management, electrical safety, fire protection, occupational health), drive corrective actions, and promote best practices. 4. Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, develop control measures, and ensure execution. 5. Manage occupational health programs, including annual medical check-ups, PPE compliance, and maintenance. 6.Monitor wastewater, emissions, noise, and waste (general & hazardous) to ensure compliance with local regulations. 7. Handle applications and renewals of EHS-related government permits. 8. Organize EHS training (new employee onboarding, chemical handling, emergency drills) to enhance safety awareness. 9. Plan safety campaigns to foster a strong safety culture. 10. Develop and conduct emergency drills, ensuring preparedness of response systems. 11. Lead incident investigations (near-misses, workplace injuries, environmental incidents), perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures. 12. Liaise with regulatory agencies, third-party auditors, and internal/external clients for EHS audits. 13. Oversee daily management of fire protection systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, automotive industry preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Thai EHS laws & international standards; Safety Officer certification or ISO 14001/45001 internal auditor certification is a plus.
Proficient in English (report writing, workplace communication).
