The Head of Project Management (Construction) leads and oversees all construction projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while managing risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects.
Supervise and mentor project managers, site engineers, and support staff.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Oversee contract management, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and performance reporting.
Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD).
Able to communication in Thai and English
