1. ติดต่อกับแผนกเซลล์เพื่อรับออเดอร์ และติดต่อแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องภายเพื่อส่งออก 2. ติดต่อกับชิปปิ้งและบริษัทขนส่ง เพื่อแพลนวันที่และเวลารับสินค้า 3. ติดต่อ FORWARDER เพื่อทำการจองบุ๊คกิ้ง ทางเรือ และทางอากาศ (สามารถเข้าใจbookingเรือ) 4. อัพเดทการโหลดสินค้าของแต่ละวันเข้าระบบของบริษัท และส่งให้เซลล์ FORWARDER และลูกค้า 5. สามารถยื่นหนังสือรับรองถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้า (COO) 6. ทำบิลค่าใช้จ่ายค่าทรานสปอร์ต และค่าใช้จ่ายพิธีการศุลกากรส่งออก · Booking space for sea and air shipment. · Create booking format with the forwarder for draft BL & AWB. · Prepare invoice and packing list to shipping for draft export entry. · Check and confirm all documents on export documentation,Invoice,packing list, BL/AWB and etc. · Support coordinator activities by monitoring all export process under BOI regulation. · Follow up the shipping transportation on time. · Submit the certificate of origin form as each customer. · Check and verify draft billing invoice refer the quotation cost to shipping and forwarder. · Prepare daily and weekly shipment reports for supervisor.
