Job Descriptions
•Collaborate with Key Account Manager(s) and G-Technical Project Manager(s) to develop account strategies and to achieve the business targets and demonstrate the account strategy for the technology and products. •Technical project management for new color development /new APQPs/ Raw Material replacement according to business strategy. •Closely work with color lab / customization lab, coordinate and assign resources for color development and specific projects and closely monitor the lab activity cost. •Regularly monitor, track and report project status, timely check customer requirement and timeline and MOC, etc. •Information management on key technical information: Specifications, general line information etc. •Process and procedure review, push for de-bottlenecking optimization, and gate keeper of lab cost. •Gate keeper for APQP, lead and conduct lesson-learn discussion for efficiency improvement. •Execute project manager of defined technical project, innovation topics, overseas business support when needed. •Develop deep and trusting customer relationships to ensure access for all growth opportunities and new projects. •Ensure all activities meet BASF requirement of EHS, 5S and QM. •Support field technical /quality topics at customer assembly plants (if needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in the chemistry related field.
  2. มีทักษะการพูดและการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีน (จีนกลาง) ระดับดี (HSK ระดับ 5 ขึ้นไป)
  3. มีประสบการณ์การทํางานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมการเคลือบยานยนต์
  4. ความรู้พื้นฐานหรือระดับกลางในการเคลือบยานยนต์
