Job Descriptions
1.Oversee and manage all hotel operations, including Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa, and other related departments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. 2.Develop and implement strategic plans to uphold exceptional service standards, administrative efficiency, and operational excellence at all times. 3.Monitor departmental performance, focusing on revenue maximization, cost control, and adherence to annual budgets. 4.Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all related policies across all departments. 5.Conduct regular inspections throughout the property to maintain all Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and hotel assets in optimal condition. 6.Promote and uphold “The Chiang Mai” brand standards, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. Manage the hotel's public image and reputation, including active and positive representation on social media
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  2. Minimum 7–10 years of comprehensive experience in Hotel Management across all key departments.
  3. Outgoing, responsible, alert, and adaptable personality with a pleasant demeanor.
  4. Proven experience in team management and serving as a service trainer.
  5. Strong skills in service quality audits and improvement planning.
  6. Excellent personal presentation, passion for service, leadership qualities, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  8. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with training systems or service quality audit tools.
