Job DescriptionsPlan, control, and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems to ensure automotive parts meet customer requirements and standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
Oversee product quality across all stages, including incoming --material inspection, in-process production, and final product inspection.
Analyze and resolve quality issues arising in the production process, as well as customer complaints, using quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
Prepare and manage quality-related documentation such as Control Plans, Inspection Standards, Work Instructions (WI), PPAP, and APQP.
Lead internal audits and ensure readiness for external audits and customer assessments.
Communicate and coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure quality requirements are met and maintained.
Manage and develop the QA/QC team to work effectively and continuously improve their competencies.
Report quality issues and trends to top management and recommend improvements for quality performance.
