Job Descriptions
1. Provide IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users 2. Install, configure, and upgrade user hardware and software as required 3. Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions across IT systems 4. Ensure endpoint security measures are in place, including antivirus updates and patch management 5. Maintain IT compliance with ISO or related standards by keeping accurate documentation 6. Manage IT assets and inventories, including hardware and software licenses 7. Prepare and maintain IT documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
  1. Male, age 24–30 years old
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  3. 1–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  4. Solid knowledge of networking, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and antivirus solutions
  5. Familiar with access management tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy
  6. Strong documentation and communication skills
  7. Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards or ERP systems is a plus
