Job Descriptions
• Develop robust AR processes: institute clear credit‐control procedures, ageing targets and escalation paths • Supervise month‐end AR close: reconciliations, cash‐application review and intercompany billing where applicable • Interface directly with key customers for dispute resolution and negotiate payment plans as needed • Mentor Junior AR Officer to enhance collection efficiency and reduce DSO • Collaborate with Finance Supervisor on cash‐flow forecasting inputs
Qualifications
  1. 7+ years’ AR experience, ideally with exposure to rapid‐growth firms
  2. Proven ability to establish and enforce credit‐control policies and KPI targets
  3. Expert user of ERP billing modules and reporting tools (Dynamics AX experience preferred)
  4. Strong negotiation and relationship‐management skills
  5. Graduate from a reputable university with a respectable GPA (if not, please explain in cover letter / application)
