Job Descriptions
MFD Precision is looking for assembly line supervisor, must be able to speak Mandarin well to coordinate with Chinese customer.
Main role:
1) Learn assembly line processes from Chinese technician
2) Teach and train Thai assembly operator in the future
3) Coordination with Chinese customer
4) Prepare admin documents
MFD Precision กำลังมองหาหัวหน้างานสายการประกอบ โดยต้องสามารถพูดภาษาจีนกลางได้ดี เพื่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าชาวจีน
บทบาทหลัก:
1) เรียนรู้กระบวนการสายการประกอบจากช่างเทคนิคชาวจีน
2) สอนและฝึกอบรมพนักงานประกอบชิ้นส่วนชาวไทยในอนาคต
3) ประสานงานกับลูกค้าชาวจีน
4) จัดเตรียมเอกสารงานธุรการ
Qualifications
- Speak Chinese fluently
- Education background in Engineering preferred
- Ability to learn fast and train operator
- Knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft office)
